OUR FOUNDER

“My approach to supervision is structured, clinically rigorous, and rooted in real-world experience, not just theory.”

Ericka L. Ferrias, LPC-S,CCTP
Founder, CEO

I am the founder of The Clinical Supervision Collective, created from a deep commitment to excellence in clinical practice and a genuine passion for developing the next generation of counselors.

With over 10 years in private practice, my professional experience spans multiple settings including schools, outpatient clinics, and community mental health, giving me a well-rounded and practical understanding of the realities clinicians face across systems—not just in theory, but in real-world application. This breadth of experience allows me to supervise with discernment, nuance, and a strong grasp of both clinical and professional expectations.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, a Certified Christian Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with advanced training across a wide range of therapeutic modalities. While I am fluent in many evidence-based approaches, my clinical orientation is grounded in REBT/CBT with a thoughtful and ethical integration of Christian faith principles for clients who desire that framework. My approach is structured, clinically rigorous, and always rooted in client welfare and professional integrity.

What sets my supervision apart is not just experience—but attention to detail, clinical judgment, and intentional mentorship. I believe supervision is more than meeting licensure requirements; it is about shaping clinicians who think critically, practice ethically, and develop confidence in their own clinical voice—whether their path leads to private practice, leadership, specialization, or beyond.

I genuinely love this work. Investing in emerging therapists, sharpening their skills, and helping them grow into competent, grounded professionals is one of the most meaningful parts of my career. Supervisees who work with me often describe the experience as structured yet supportive, challenging yet affirming—and deeply formative.

If you are looking for supervision that is intentional, elevated, and rooted in both clinical excellence and professional discernment, this collective was built with you in mind.
